Hello beautiful people!
Today I was reflecting on what I wanted to write to you all for this week. You know I change things up from time to time, as I’m sure you can tell, lol. I started creating these weekly vision boards as a guide, so to speak. One that invites us to have a focal point to keep us aligned with what we desire for ourselves. I find that visuals have always helped me and figured, maybe someone out there needs that as well. But it is also a way to convey the message that not all things happen all at one time. That the greatest path to change and moving into alignment with the life you envision for yourself is one that is done one step at a time. Little by little, as I always say.
This week I am aware that we are at the climax of the holidays where we go into Christmas, speed through New Year’s, and navigate our way through Valentine’s Day. For a lot of people, this is a time that brings a lot of our awareness of where we are in life and what our lives actually look like to the surface. A time where we can’t hide in our work, put our heads in the sand to ignore the obvious, a time where truth speaks quietly and loudly all at the same time. A time where we make promises to that inner voice, proclaiming, “This year I will do better.” A time where it is easier to pinpoint what isn’t going the way you hoped, and what it is that you truly want and is missing.
So with that, I invite you to take an intentional look at each weekly vision board. See if it pulls anything to the surface for you. See if anything resonates with your soul’s desires and use that week to take that one or more things, to determine the path to it. Not to guilt yourself for being off track. Not to criticize yourself for not being there already. But to love yourself for the work that you have done, knowing it was the best you could do at that time and give yourself permission to try again. And keep giving yourself permission to keep trying, as many times as it takes, to reach the peaceful place, sacred space, where you feel most like you. Little by little, and gentle gently, my friends.
Until next time, love you lots!
