Happy new day beautiful people,
There is a popular phrase among the single women of the world that has made its rounds and it is, if he wanted to he would. It is a way of pointing out that if a person wanted to truly be a part of your life in a meaningful way, then they would show it. That it wouldn’t be false words, empty promises, and inconsistent actions, but it would be meaningful and done with intention and purpose.
In me thinking of this, Spirit quietly said, I was thinking the same about you. Whaaat? As I clutched my pearls, I said, please explain. Spirit went on to say, there are many times that you mention how you want to be loved and shown love, but you haven’t been willing to show up for yourself in the way you desire someone to show up for you.
Stay with me now, because if I had to have this spiritual lashing, then you have to be here with me right by my side. We’re in this together, remember? lol.
Spirit went on to say imagine yourself separately. The one who desires to experience life and the people in it at a higher frequency. Some call it, your highest self. Now imagine the other side of you, you know, the one that says, I’ll start tomorrow, or not now…you see where I’m going with this? Starting to look a lot like, if you wanted to you would, the spiritual self within edition. lol
Your highest self is watching you give lip service of how you are going to start eating a healthy diet, start exercising, meditate, write that book, watching the company that we allow around us, start that community organization while your actions have you eating junk food, watching an unhealthy amount of TV, consumed by social media while you are entertaining social relationships that you knowingly know are unhealthy and misaligned, haven’t picked up a book in I don’t know how long, all while your couch has a customized butt print in the sofa. I know, that one even hurt me.
Now if someone else was giving us that same energy in a relationship, it would be unacceptable, but that’s exactly what we are doing to our ourselves. Doing so, brings us into low vibrational interactions with things that aren’t aligned with our highest selves.
So how do we get on track? Well first, we say yes to all of those things that are in alignment with our highest selves and no to the things that aren’t. Remember we talked about baby steps before? Yes, that is always the way to go.
When something or someone is out of alignment with your highest self, it presents at a low vibrational point. These are things that take up and demand a lot of energy in order to partake in it, but it does not give you a lot back, if anything.
It’s like you keep telling yourself that you are going to do all of these great things you promised and then never following through or being super inconsistent with it, but if you love yourself, wouldn’t you show up for yourself in a better way? I mean, that is what we expect from others to show their love for us, right? Don’t you want the best for yourself? Don’t you believe that you are worth the moon, the stars, and the world? So wouldn’t you, if you wanted to? You deserve to get out of the low vibrational spaces and relationships. To stop engaging in things that are low energy and put some intentional action behind it because if you wanted to you would.
When it comes to lifestyle it is understanding that you aren’t going to always be motivated, or passionately driven, or moved to want to do it, but you do it because you love yourself enough to show up where it counts and when you really need it.
When it comes to relationships with others, it’s time to tap into the intuition, that is now in tune because you showed up for yourself to keep it sharp. That intuition can tap into the energy of others to guide you to who you should and shouldn’t share space with, let alone engage in a platonic or non platonic relationship with.
Lately, I’ve been seeing more videos speaking on topics like this. Everyone seems to get it, or at least is starting to. There’s an understanding forming that if it aligns with the highest version of you, then it’s a hell yes. If it doesn’t, then it’s a hell no.
I recently saw a video that had such an interesting take, and it made a lot of things make sense to me. They were speaking about frequencies and how people should be viewed through that lens. From my interpretation, when something is a low vibration, it only offers low energy while taking high energy from you. When you recognize that this is not good for you, you don’t have to argue or make a big scene, you can just, let it go and move on. Look at everything and everyone as energy or frequencies. If it isn’t the right energy or frequency that you desire, remove your presence, your energy, and no longer feed it or give into it. Because your absence and silence is the only response necessary. Now this doesn’t mean ghost people. Communication is a value that is always key, but if that isn’t something that can be done in a healthy mature way, then release it and let it go. Be honest with yourself by acknowledging what is, what isn’t, and adjust accordingly.
When you say, but what if I miss that opportunity or what if our relationship ends? This gives bodies to those energies and you end up staying in things you shouldn’t because of the body and label of body that carries it. But what if you removed the labels mother, father, sweets, high income job, friend circle, luxury car, comfort food, and just look at the energy and frequency that remains without the fancy packaging and labels. What energy, vibe, frequency is left? If it aligns, yay! But if what is left is negative and affects you in a negative way that takes you away from your highest self, you would leave it alone right? If you experience bad customer service, you wouldn’t keep going back to the place it happened to you. You would quietly remove your presence and move on. That is what you are dealing with. Doesn’t matter the packaging, it’s all energy.
So the next time you catch yourself making empty promises, or placing your needs at the bottom of the list so someone or something else can stay at the top, take a breath. Imagine your inner spirit waiting for you to show up, just like you do for everyone and everything else. It may be looking at you and thinking, If they wanted to, they would.
And the beautiful part is, awareness changes everything. From here, you get to decide how you show up for yourself, one small yes at a time.
Until next time, Love you lots! -Sacred
