Hello everyone, I’m back with another great workout tip.
I’m always on the lookout for ideas that help me keep things fresh and flexible in my fitness routine. If you’re like me and need something that puts little to no strain on your knees, this one is definitely for you.
I’ve been doing this workout for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s not only doable but also something you can stay consistent with over time. One of the things I love most is that it doesn’t involve someone constantly yelling instructions at you. It’s calm, focused, and easy to follow.
Another bonus is that you don’t need any equipment to get started. As I got more comfortable with the routine, I began using light weights to add more resistance, but that’s completely optional.
