Meditation

Try this out and let me know how you feel afterward. Find your favorite place in your house, get comfortable, turn the phone off and listen to music that relaxes and calms you for at least 10mins. This is a time for just you or for you and those who are home with you. It can be the perfect time to do your prayers, daily gratitude’s, affirmations or just woosah it out. I’ve worked my way up to 30mins and have seen a great difference on how I react and act for the rest of my day.
